One mask isn’t enough: discover masking.
14/08/2026
Sheet masks are already well known in the world of skincare. But have you heard of masking — a beauty ritual based on regularly using masks as part of your everyday skincare routine?
Although we often associate a sheet mask with a moment of relaxation or a special occasion when we want to give our skin an extra dose of care, there’s no reason to reserve it only for “special days.” Quite the opposite — when easily incorporated into your routine, masking can become a small daily ritual for hydrated, soft, and fresh-looking skin.
So, what exactly is masking?
Simply put, masking is targeted skincare using masks.
Unlike occasional mask use, the idea behind masking is to use a mask regularly as part of your skincare routine. This way, we don’t leave extra skincare only for the days when our skin feels like it needs something more.
And consistency is one of the key elements of good skincare.
It’s not just another sheet mask
Instead of traditional single-use packaging, L'ADRIA Regenerative Sheet Masks come in a practical jar containing 35 individual sheet masks.
One jar also means a simpler routine — open it, take a mask, and make masking a part of your day.

Masking as a Small Daily Ritual
Masking doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming.
Simply apply the mask to clean, dry skin and leave it on for 10 to 20 minutes. After removing it, gently massage the remaining serum into your skin and allow it to absorb.
You can use it in the morning before applying makeup when you want to give your skin an extra boost of hydration, or in the evening as part of a relaxing skincare routine.
For dry skin, you can apply a cream or a few drops of oil after the mask to provide additional nourishment. For combination and oily skin, the mask can be the final step in your hydration routine, especially if you prefer a lightweight feel on the skin.
