What benefits do I get as a member of the Loyalty program?

The L'ADRIA Loyalty program was launched with the purpose of rewarding our loyal users. We are extremely pleased to see that our users return to our products again and again, so we decided to make them even happier with special rewards. As a member of the Loyalty program, you collect points with every purchase of our products. When you collect enough points, we will send you a gift that you can see on your user profile.

How are my points calculated?

The number of points you earn is equivalent to the amount you spend in our webshop. So, if you spend 24 euros, you also get 24 points that bring you closer to our Loyalty rewards. Points are automatically calculated when paying in our webshop or after payment by cash on delivery.

How to get the prize?

Our users don't have to do anything more to get the reward than enjoy our products as before! :) Once you have collected enough points for the reward you see on your profile, we will send it to your address. There is more than one reward! After you have collected the number of points for one reward, the points continue to count until the next reward that will be displayed on your profile.
